SUBMITTED BY: Tony Bagato, Assistant Planner APPLICANT: Patel Architecture 71-711 San Jacinto Drive Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 CASE NO: PP 03-22 DATE: June 10, 2004 CONTENTS: Recommendation Discussion Recommendation: By minute motion, that the City Council continue the project two weeks to the June 24, 2004, meeting. Discussion: On May 18, 2004, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the project. The applicant is modifying the site plan to comply with the recommendations of the Planning Commission. The applicant is still working on the site plan and is not prepared to present the project. The legal notice had been published and mailed prior to being informed of the delay. Since the legal notices have been mailed and published, the item must be on this agenda. Staff is recommending a two -week continuance to prepare the staff report that addresses the modified site plan.
