Discussion: On April 14, 2005, City Council awarded Contract No. C21040A to Steven Burt and Associates, Inc. of Bermuda Dunes, California, in the amount of $396,451.83 for the landscape installation on Magnesia Falls Drive medians from Monterey Avenue to Deep Canyon Road. The Public Works Department has inspected the work performed by Steven Burt and Associates, Inc. and have found said work to be completed and in accordance with the contract requirements. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by minute motion, authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. Submitted By: Department Head: H.
