Recommendation:
By Minute Motion: waive further reading and adopt Resolution No05-6
approving Parcel Map 30342.
Discussion:
Parcel Map 30342 is located on the northeast side of Gerald Ford Drive and abutting
the Emerald Desert RV Park. The subject map conforms to the tentative map
(Amendment No. 1) approved by the Planning Commission on November 6, 2001. The
map provides for the creation of six parcels for office/industrial purposes within 20.01
acres. Individual development proposals for each parcel will be processed through the
precise plan process.
Staff recommends adopting the attached Resolution for the subject map to be
approved.

RESOLUTION NO.05-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM
DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP
OF PARCEL MAP 30342, APPROVING THE AGREEMENT RELATING
THERETO.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Desert,
California, as follows:
1. The Final Subdivision Map of Parcel Map 30342, City of Palm Desert,
California, is hereby approved as the official subdivision map of said
parcel map, subject to the conditions of the Tentative Map.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf of the City a
Standard Subdivision Agreement guaranteeing completion of the public
improvements required by law.
3. The City Engineer is authorized to receive the improvement security as
required by law on behalf the City, subject to the approval of the City
Attorney as to form.
4. The City Engineer is directed to process the Parcel Map for recording
upon receipt of the required improvement security and the payment of all
fees.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert
City Council, held on this day of , 20, by the following vote, to
