Adopt Resolution No. 05-3 approving the increase in membership to the Sister Cities Committee to eleven members. Executive Summary: Due to the expansion of the Sister Cities program, including the addition of a second Sister City, this Committee has assumed a considerable amount of responsibility and workload. In order to better meet its established goals, objectives and programs with both communities, the Committee is requesting additional members that can actively assist in implementing these programs. The Committee will continue to utilize ex-officio members to assist in project completion. It has also taken additional steps to become more independent through joint community efforts, such as its recent partnership with Club Intrawest in executing the annual Sister Cities Golf Challenge.
