Cathedral City, CA 92234 Bonding Company: Gulf Insurance Company Bond No.: BE2617173 DATE: July 14, 2005 CONTENTS: Recommendation: By minute motion, authorize the City Clerk to release the subject improvement securities. Discussion: Tract Map 30801 is located on Portola Avenue approximately midway between Frank Sinatra Drive and Gerald Ford Drive. All improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and have been inspected by the Public Works staff and found to be acceptable. Since the Public Works Department accepted the improvements in January of 2004, staff requests waiver of the typical one-year maintenance bond, as they have already performed without defect for a period of (18) months.
