OFFICE.
SUBMITTED BY: CARLOS L. ORTEGA, CITY MANAGER
DATE: MARCH 10, 2005
CONTENTS: RESOLUTION NO.05-25
RECOMMENDATION
By Minute Motion:
Adopt Resolution No. 05-25 authorizing a petty cash fund in the amount of
$250.00 for the City Manager's Office.
DISCUSSION
The City Manager's Department staff is frequently in need of petty cash for local meetings,
small office supplies, and reimbursements. This frequency is causing depletion of other
departments petty cash funds. Authorization of a petty cash fund in the amount of $250.00
for the City Manager's Office would be a sufficient remedy for this issue.
The petty cash fund would be under the joint supervision and control of the Secretary to
the City Manager and the Senior Office Assistant.
