Box 2096 Palm Desert, CA 92261 DATE: February 9, 2006 CONTENTS: Resolution, Tentative Map, Parcel Map, Conditions of Approval, Vicinity Map Recommendation: By minute motion, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 06-15, approving Parcel Map 33646. Discussion: Tract 33646 is located on the east side of Portola Avenue, approximately 670 feet north of Country Club Drive. The subject map provides for the subdivision of 4.25 acres into seven parcels for office use. Five buildings will occupy five separate parcels and the parking will be split onto the two remaining parcels. This map conforms to the tentative map approved by the Planning Commission on June 7, 2005 as Resolution No. 2333. Those conditions of approval related to the map have been satisfied. The documents for the reciprocal access required with the existing office complex to the south have been reviewed by the City Attorney's office, as well as the CC&Rs, and should record with the map. This map also conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and City ordinances. Staff recommends adopting the attached Resolution for the approval of the subject map. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of Palm Desert, California, as follows: (1) The Subdivision Map of Parcel Map 33646, City of Palm Desert, California is hereby approved as the official subdivision map of said parcel map, subject to conditions of the Tentative Map. (2) The City Engineer is directed to process the Parcel Map for recording upon receipt of the payment of all fees.
