STAFF REPORT
Approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact, a change of
zone from S.I. (Service Industrial) to PR-13 (Planned Residential, 13 units
per acre), a precise plan/conditional use permit and tentative tract map for
condominium purposes to construct 247 residential condominium units on
a 20-acre site at the northeast corner of Gateway Drive and 35th Avenue,
73-600 35th Avenue. Project includes a height exception for roof elements
to a maximum of 34 feet 6 inches.
