Recommendation:
By Minute motion declare the items listed on the attached sheets (Exhibit A") as
surplus property and authorize disposal.
Backaround:
The Equipment listed is antiquated and/or damaged and has become obsolete.
Staff recommends that City Council declare the equipment as surplus property and
authorize staff to dispose of the equipment as follows;
1. Items Number 1 through 12 (on Exhibit "A") have been identified as waste
and will be disposed of appropriately,
2. Items number 13 through 36 will be donated to either a non-profit or
educational facility based on their needs; any items not accepted will be
disposed of appropriately.
