Recommendation:
By minute motion, authorize the City Clerk to release the improvement securities
for Tract 31346.
Background:
The above -referenced Tract Map is located at the southeast corner of Alamo Drive and
Bel Air Road. At the time of grading permit issuance, the subject securities were posted
with the City for the grading and street operations. All grading and street improvement
work have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and have been
inspected by the Public Works staff and found to be acceptable. The normal one-year
maintenance bond in the amount of $1,657.50 is not being required due to the minor
nature of the improvements.
Public Works staff recommends that City Council authorize release of the subject
security.
