Committee Member Kim Housken pointed out that it appears that there
are substantial changes being made to the original EIR without

review process. Committee Member Kim Housken will prepare a letter
for Amir Hamidzadeh's review.

documentation for the Philip Boyd Ranch because the structure is gone
