Discussion: On June 22, 2006, City Council awarded Contract C25270 for Traffic Signal Installation at Hwy 74 and Shadow Mountain Drive to Granite Construction Company in the amount of $613,613. On January 11, 2007 Change Order No. 1 was approved in the amount of $17,180.89. On March 8, 2007, Change Order No. 2 was approved in the amount of $41,461.76. The Public Works Department has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements.
