Staff is requesting that this resolution be amended to change the date for the Arbor Day Celebration to the second week in April, when the weather provides better conditions for the trees. In addition, such a scheduling adjustment will relieve staff of having to plan the Celebration during the annual landscape maintenance contract renewals —a process which is detailed and time-consuming. Therefore, staff recommends adopting Resolution No. 07- 10 95-13 as to the dates of the annual Arbor Day Celebration. Prepared By: amending Resolution No. h' p: c-r nigh Mark Greenwood, P.E.
