RECOMMENDATION:
By Minute Motion, identify, approve, and authorize Community Service staff to use various
vendors and qualified services on the attached list for fiscal year 2007/2008.
BACKGROUND:
The Community Services Division regularly utilizes a variety of vendors and services in
order to successfully implement projects and programs assigned. Approval of the attached
list will simplify the process to purchase and acquire the services needed to accomplish
this goal. The Community Services Division utilizes the vendors and services listed as they
offer immediate accessibility, specialized products, and/or wholesale/discounted pricing.
Using these vendors allows staff to save money, operate at more efficient level, and
receiproducts in a timely manner.
