Recommendation:
City Clerk's
By minute motion, waive further reading and adopt Resolution N
approving Parcel Map 35155.
Discussion:
Parcel Map 35155 is located in Entrada del Paseo between State Highway 111 and
Painters Path and adjoins the Palm Valley Storm Channel. The map consists of
subdividing a 4.66-acre parcel into three parcels for building structures and three
parcels for parking, landscaping, drainage and/or access purposes. The Visitors Center
is located on Parcel 1, and La Spiga restaurant will be constructed on Parcel 2. The
tentative map was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17, 2006 and will
expire in October 2008.
Those conditions of approval related to the map have been satisfied. This map
conforms to the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and City ordinances and it is
substantially the same as it appeared on the tentative map.
Staff recommends adopting the attached Resolution for the ap• oval of the subject map.
