Grance, Director of Building and Safety REQUESTED BY: Ellen Lane Myers DATE: December 11, 2008 CONTENTS: Staff Report, Copy of Letter of Request and Copy of Building Permit for Project 08-00045010 Recommendation: By Minute Motion, Staff requests that the City Council refund Building Permit Fees in the amount of $208.00 for Building Permit 08-00045010 for a project located at 42-480 lowa St. Executive Summary: On July 1, 2008, Building Permit Fees of $298.00 were paid by Ellen Lane Myers. On November 1, 2008 the City received a request from Ellen Lane Myers requesting for a refund of all permit fees from the Department of Building and Safety. Planning and Microfilm Fees are Non-refundable.
