Recommendation:
By Minute Motion, appoint Susan Stauber to the Board of Directors for the EI
Paseo Business Improvement District.
Executive Summarv:
Appointment of Ms. Stauber, General Manager of Chico's, to the Board will fill the vacant position
left by Heather Sacre from Heather James Gallery.
Discussion:
During the January 17, 20Q8 meeting of the EI Paseo Business Improvement District (EPBID), it
was approved unanimously to recommend to the City Council the appointment of Susan Stauber
to the Board of Directors. Ms. Stauber is the General Manager for Chico's and runs their flagship
location for the company. She has an extensive retail background in strategic budget planning,
operations, and event planning.

Susan Stauber was previously a board member in her capacity as general mana r o . o n -,��
