The piece is constructed of various gauges of steel and stainless steel and will be coated with red acrylic polyurethane paint. The artwork will be installed on the northeast side of the building facing Fred Waring Drive. From the architectural rendering provided in the application, the sculpture appears to compliment the round architectural facade elements of the building. He has also exhibited his work extensively in cities on both coasts. The developer fee for this project is only $1,625; however, the developer is proposing to commission Mr. Seeman to create the sculpture which is estimated at a cost of $10,022.50 to the developer.
