CONTENTS: EXHIBIT A - EQUIPMENT LISTING OF ASSETS FOR DISPOSAL
Request:
By Minute Motion, that the City Council of the City of Palm Desert declare
the items listed on the attached Exhibit A as a surplus property and
authorize disposal as appropriate.
Background:
All items on the equipment list are broken, outdated or is an excess amount on hand.
Therefore, staff is requesting that Council authorize disposal of the equipment as
appropriate according to the federal and state laws and guidelines. Items that are listed
"Donate" are in excess amount on hand but still in working condition and request to be
donated to Palm Desert Middle School.
