Background: All items on the equipment list are broken or outdated. Outdated computers no longer support current operating systems and applications. Therefore, staff is requesting that Council authorize disposal of the equipment as appropriate according to the federal and state laws and guidelines. The items are considered waste. Items that are outdit d bt.t still in working condition will be donated as staff deems appropriate.
