Discussion: At the time of grading permit issuance, the applicant submitted improvement security in the total amount of $31,125 for phase II precise grading and for off-site improvements. All grading and improvements have been completed, and staff has inspected the site and found it to be acceptable. The applicant has submitted a one-year maintenance bond in the amount of $2,075 in cash, which is ten percent of the Performance Bond amount.
