DISCUSSION: Sewer and water facilities were installed in conjunction with the construction of infrastructure improvements for the City of Palm Desert Section 29 Assessment District 2004-02. CVWD has approved the construction and it is now necessary to convey title of the facilities, as stipulated in the Joint Facilities Agreement dated October 12, 2006, to CVWD for their final acceptance of the sewer and water facilities. The attached documents provide for that conveyance.
