Background: All items on the equipment list are broken or/and outdated. Therefore, staff is requesting that Council authorize disposal of the equipment as appropriate according to the federal and state laws and guidelines. Staff recommends that the City Council declare the equipment as surplus property and authorize staff to dispose of the equipment appropriately.
