Discussion: Tract Map 30087 is on the west side of Portola Avenue, south of Gerald Ford Drive. At the time of grading permit issuance, College View Estates II, LLC submitted bonds for precise grading and off-site improvements in the total amount of $482,675. All grading and improvements are complete, have been inspected, and found to be acceptable. The normal one-year maintenance bond is not required because a year has passed since the completion of grading and off-site improvements.
