On December 4, 2009, the City received a request from Mr. Cattern for a refund of all permit fees from the Department of Building and Safety. Microfilm and Green Building Fee (SB1473) Fees are Non-refundable The Building Permit fee is refundable at a rate of 80% provided no work has been perFormed and written application is filed by the permittee not later than 180 days after the date of the fee payment..
