RE: Case No: MISC 09-482
Gentlemen:
This is in response to the above Case before the City Council on January 14, 2010. I would like to state
That these lots were designed as residential lots and I feel that clarification is necessary regarding the size of
the recreational vehicle (mobile home) (I.e. length, width, and height) as well as its' drive ability. If approval is
granted, landscaping should be required to obscure the mobile home from the view of the street and the
neighbors.
I would like to make a suggestion about what type of approval should be granted this vehicle. It should not
be able to park on the streets or in the driveway, but must be parked inside the property and cannot be
occupied while it is being stored. The city should be furnished with the Califomia license number of the
vehicle as well as its make and model number.. This should be recorded by the city so that the owners can not
constantly change recreational vehicles, especially not increasing the size once the City has given its
approval.
Sincerely,
1
S. Jack Keshtkar
