Inc. 100110 Compass Drive North Shore, CA 92254 DATE: January 28, 2010 CONTENTS: Letter request (dated 1/5/2010) Building Permit for Project 09-48363 Recommendation By Minute Motion: Refund Building Permit Fees in the amount of $242.40 for permit 09-48363 for a project located at 77-270 Michigan Dr. Backqround On October 5, 2009, Building Permit fees of $168.00 were paid by Mr. Gavin Ardolino. On November 30, 2009, additional fees in the amount of $310.75 were paid by Mr. Gavin Ardolino. The City received a request from Mr. Ardolino for a refund of all permit fees from the Department of Building and Safety. The following fees: Plan Check, Microfilm, Job Valuation and Green Building (SB1473) fees are Non-refundable. The Building Permit fee is refundable at a rate of 80% provided no work has been performed and written application is filed by the permittee not later than 180 days after the date of the fee payment. This permit cancellation is for the reason that the home owner une�ectedly changed her mind. She no longer wants to complete this construction work.
