On November 30, 2009, additional fees in the amount of $310.75 were paid by Mr. Gavin Ardolino. The City received a request from Mr. Ardolino for a refund of all permit fees from the Department of Building and Safety. The following fees: Plan Check, Microfilm, Job Valuation and Green Building (SB1473) fees are Non-refundable. The Building Permit fee is refundable at a rate of 80% provided no work has been performed and written application is filed by the permittee not later than 180 days after the date of the fee payment.
