Backqround On February 25, 2010, City Council awarded Contract No. C29240 to Leon's Landscaping and Tree Service of Thousand Palms, Califomia, in the amount of $34,937.13, for the Civic Center Parkway Turf Retrofit Project — Phase I. The Public Works Department has inspected the work perFormed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements, time frame, and budget. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
