Background As a result of appointments made by City Council at the meeting of February 10, 2011, two vacancies remained unfilled on the Marketing Committee and the Parks & Recreation Commission, respectively. Therefore, at the meeting of February 24, 2011, City Council requested that recommendations for appointments to vacancies on the Marketing Committee and Parks & Recreation Commission be placed on the March 10, 2011, agenda. Fiscal Analysis Appointments to the City's Committees and Commissions do not make a fiscal impact on the City Budget. Your approval of the recommended appointments is respectfully requested.
