RECOMMENDATION
It is difficult to fully gauge the success of this program due to its crime prevention
mission and objective as a "suppression" program. However, as noted above, we saw a
decrease in calls for service during the 2011 program. It is the recommendation of the
Police Department that the program be continued in 2012.
