Background The southerly portion of Berger Circle and Berger Drive South, which intersects with Frank Sinatra Drive, was recently improved and accepted by the City of Palm Desert. Staff has been directed to transfer title to the right-of-way for these improvements out of APN 694-160-003, which is owned by the City. Although ownership is transferred from the City to CSU when this deed records, the improvements still have a one-year warranty from December 8, 2011, the date of City Council's approval of the Notice of Completion.
