Approve the Special Programs/Events Vendors List. Discussion The Special Programs Department regularly utilizes a variety of vendors and services in order to successfully implement projects and programs for the department, including special events. Approval of the attached list will simplify the process to purchase and acquire the services necessary to accomplish this goal. The department utilizes vendors and services listed, as they offer immediate accessibility, specialized products, and/or wholesale/discounted pricing. Using these vendors allows staff to save money and time, operate at a more efficient level, and receive products in a more timely fashion. Fiscal Analysis There will be no impact to the General Fund, as funds are not being requested as part of this approval.
