The Clinton Health Matters Initiative invites you to take part in shaping the future direction of our local endeavor to improve
the health and well being of the residents of the Coachella Valley.
We will be hosting a planning session on Thursday, December 06th, 2012 from 8:30am — 4:30pm at the University of
California Riverside Palm Desert Center. At this planning session we will provide you with an overview of the current state of
health in the Coachella Valley and work with you to create a blue print for improving local well being indicators.
As a leader in your field of expertise, we rely on you to identify the most appropriate way of addressing health disparities and
preventable disease by creating a culture of wellness throughout the Coachella Valley.
Many of you have graciously given your time and knowledge to assist the Clinton Health Matters Initiative as we have
investigated the work to be done. We thank you for your contributions and look forward to continuing the partnerships we
have begun.
To each of you, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you as we begin addressing important community health issues in
the Coachella Valley. It is through each of your efforts that we will succeed.
RSVPs are requested for this invitation only event, via phone or email, to Tricia Gehrlein no later than November 30th, 2012.
Thank you for your continuing support,
Ginny Ehrlich, Chief Executive Officer, Clinton Health Matters Initiative
Tricia Gehrlein, Regional Director, Coachella Valley, Clinton Health Matters Initiative
