The Clinton Health Matters Initiative invites you to take part in shaping the future direction of our local endeavor to improve the health and well being of the residents of the Coachella Valley. We will be hosting a planning session on Thursday, December 06th, 2012 from 8:30am — 4:30pm at the University of California Riverside Palm Desert Center. At this planning session we will provide you with an overview of the current state of health in the Coachella Valley and work with you to create a blue print for improving local well being indicators. As a leader in your field of expertise, we rely on you to identify the most appropriate way of addressing health disparities and preventable disease by creating a culture of wellness throughout the Coachella Valley. Many of you have graciously given your time and knowledge to assist the Clinton Health Matters Initiative as we have investigated the work to be done. We thank you for your contributions and look forward to continuing the partnerships we have begun. To each of you, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you as we begin addressing important community health issues in the Coachella Valley.
