1. Approve Contract No.c32o9oc with Brent Payne and Dakota in the amount of
$1,500; and
2. Authorize the Mayor to execute subject contract.
Discussion
At its meeting of August 23, 2012, City Council approved the contract with Brent Payne and
Dakota in the amount of $1,325; however, the contract amount should have been $1,500.
Therefore, staff is requesting approval of the revised contract amount.
Fiscal Analysis
Funds are available in Account No. 110-4416-414-3061.
