Dear Connor:
Thank you for your service to the City of Palm Desert's Planning Commission! The City enjoys the
success it does today due in great part to the participation of residents and community members on
its committees and commissions — your service was invaluable.
On behalf of the citizens of Palm Desert, the City Council would like to extend its appreciation for
your time and effort. We invite you to the Regular Meetings of the Palm Desert City Council and
Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2013, in the
Civic Center Council Chamber, when we will make a presentation to publicly recognize your service

Asa matter of official business with your departure from the Commission, the 2012/2013 Form 700 -
Statement of Economic Interests mailed to you in February will now be considered a Combination
Annual/Leaving Office. The effective date will be March 28. 2013, and the period covered by the
statement will be January 1, 2012, through the date of leaving office, and it is still due by Monday,
April 1, in order to be timely as a Combination Statement (Annual and Leaving Office) (postmark on
or before April 1 also qualifies for a timely filing). Otherwise, you will still need to file an Annual
Statement due April 1, along with a Leaving Office Statement that would be due by Monday, April 29,
2013.
If you need another copy of the Form 700 and the packet of materials that were provided with it,
please let me know immediately. For your convenience here, I have included a copy of your
2011/2012 annual filing. You may also want to take advantage of the ability to complete your Form
700 online at the Fair Political Practices Commission's website: httD://www.fop c.ca.a ov/, then print,
sign, and submit to me by the deadline.
