Backqround On March 14, 2013, City Council awarded Contract No. C32630 in the amount of $52,700 to Siemens Industry, Inc., of Anaheim, California, for the Traffic Signal LED Indication Replacement Project. This project replaced all of the vehicle indications at 19 signalized intersections. Project locations are shown graphically on the attached Location Map. This is an on-going maintenance program. Staff has inspected the work perFormed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was completed on time, and within the contract amount. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
