This outreach program will provide information for older adults on services available to them through aging services agencies such as RCOoA. I would like to ensure that my staff member can set up the van in the parking lot or a table outside council chambers? We would like to set up one hour prior to the meeting and will stay for a total of two and one half hours. I will be there to speak for three minutes to the council regarding the RSVP Volunteer Program which is sponsored by RCOoA. It is my understanding that I can do that by filling out a card at the beginning of the meeting, is this correct? Can you also tell me when the public gets to speak? Is it at the beginning or ending of the meeting? Thank you for your assistance.
