As discussed, please note the followin�: BACKGROUND ? Stoli Group USA, LLC("Stoli Group USA" ) is an alcoholic beverage importer based in New York City, New York. ? We currently store our product in a warehouse in Elkridge, Maryland.We then ship the product from there to various US markets, including California. ? Stoli Group USA holds a Distilled Spirits Shipper's Permit in CA. ? Our distributor in California is Southern Wine and Spirits("SWS"). ? It is SWS who sells the product to retailers;we do not. (SWS holds their own permits and licenses for distribution,warehousing,etc.) TYPE 13 APPLICATION ? It is our understanding that since we will also have a sales presence/office in California,and given that we plan on conducting sales, marketing and/or promotional activities in the state,we are required to secure a Type 13/ Distilled Spirits Importer's General Permit. ?
