Box 10 Highland, CA 92346 DATE: December 11, 2014 CONTENTS: Notice of Completion Location Map Recommendation By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for Contract No. C33420, Frank Sinatra Drive Cold in -Place Recycling (CIR) Project (Project No. 752-14). Background On June 12, 2014, City Council awarded Contract No. C33420 to Matich Corporation of San Bernardino, California, in the amount of $1,684,800 for the construction of the Frank Sinatra Drive CIR Project. Staff has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was substantially completed on time and under budget. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
