Box 10 Highland, CA 92346 DATE: December 11, 2014 CONTENTS: Notice of Completion Location Map Recommendation By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for Contract No. C33660, 2015 Street Resurfacing Project (Project No. 752-15). Background On July 10, 2014, City Council awarded Contract No. C33660 to Matich Corporation of San Bernardino, California, in the amount of $2,993,000 for the construction of the 2015 Street Resurfacing Project. Staff has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was substantially completed on time, and under budget. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
