Backqround On June 13, 2013, City Council awarded Contract No. C32700 in the amount of $111,755 to Sierra Pacific Electrical Contracting, of Riverside, California, for the Vehicle Speed Feedback Assemblies Project. The solar powered sign assemblies were installed at 15 locations near schools throughout the City. Project locations are shown graphically on the Location Map attached to the Notice of Completion. Staff has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was completed on time and within the contract amount. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
