Discussion Various staff members have been involved with ICMA and find it to be a very beneficial organization. This year marks the one hundred year anniversary of ICMA and their annual conference is slated to have some excellent speakers. ICMA does a good job in providing pertinent topics for existing management, as well as developing future managers.
