C32870A WITH SIEMENS INDUSTRY, INC., OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE 2013 TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 580-13) SUBMITTED BY: Mark Greenwood, P.E., Director of Public Works CONTRACTOR: Siemens Industry, Inc. 1266 No. La Loma Circle Anaheim, California 92806 DATE: March 27, 2014 CONTENTS: Notice of Completion Location Map Recommendation By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the 2013 Traffic Signal Maintenance Project (Project No. 580-13) Backqround On July 11, 2013, City Council awarded Contract No. C32870A in the amount of $161,400 to Siemens Industries, Inc., of Anaheim, California, for the 2013 Traffic Signal Maintenance Project. A total of 11 intersections were repaired. Project locations are shown graphically on the location map attached to the Notice of Completion. Staff has inspected the work performed by the contractor and has found said work to be complete and in accordance with the contract requirements. The work was completed on time and within the contract amount. Therefore, staff recommends that City Council, by Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
