REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION FOR RPM COMPANY TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT FOR REPLACEMENT OF CONCRETE BOILER POSTED AGENDA PALM DESERT HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING APRIL 14, 2005 ENCLOSURES AT THE HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTY KNOWN AS ONE QUAIL PLACE. Action: C. CONSIDERATION OF A MANAGEMENT FEE INCREASE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 (a) OF THE AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES WITH RPM COMPANY (CONTRACT NO. HA23240). Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize a $1.00 per door management fee increase pursuant to Section 27 (a) of the Agreement for Management Services by and between the Palm Desert Housing Authority and Ray, Douglas, Ann and Patrick Inc., a.k.a.
