Jane Turner made reference to the market rate units on the Report and asked if those units affect applicants in need of affordable housing. Janet Moore stated that based on the annual re -certifications of all tenants, some incomes will exceed what the market level rent is, so they pay market rent, but are still considered affordable because their incomes are still within the accepted affordable maximum income (AMI). REPORT #2 - MONTHLY NET OPERATING INCOME STATEMENT Report #2 for February was reviewed by the Commission. Jane Turner asked for clarification in the losses noted per property on the report.
