Warrant Nos. 72-Housing, 76-Housing, 73HA, and 74HAF.

C. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION to Use The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.,
for Purchase of Materials and Supplies for the Palm Desert Housing
Authority-owned Residential Rental Properties for Fiscal Year 2013-2014
in an Amount Not to Exceed $25,000.
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Authorize the use of The Home Depot U.S.A.,
Inc., for the purchase of materials and supplies for the Palm Desert
Housing Authority-owned residential rental properties, pursuant to
Section 3.32.110 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code, for FY 2013-
2014 in an amount not to exceed $25,000; 2) elect to participate
with U. S. Communities; 3) authorize the Palm Desert Housing
Authority's Executive Director or his designee to execute any
documents necessary to effectuate the action taken herewith -
monies have been approved as part of the Palm Desert Housing
Authority's FY 2013-2014 Budget.
D. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION to Use Lowe's for Purchase of
Materials and Supplies for the Palm Desert Housing Authority-owned

to Exceed $25,000.
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Authorize the use of Lowe's for the purchase
of materials and supplies for the Palm Desert Housing Authority-
owned residential rental properties, pursuant to Section 3.32.110 of
the Palm Desert Municipal Code, for FY 2013-2014 in an amount
not to exceed $25,000; 2) elect to participate with The Cooperative
Purchasing Network; 3) authorize the Palm Desert Housing
Authority's Executive Director or his designee to execute any
documents necessary to effectuate the action taken herewith -
monies have been approved as part of the Palm Desert Housing
Authority's FY 2013-2014 Budget.

MAINTENANCE FOR PURCHASE OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
FOR THE PALM DESERT HOUSING AUTHORITY-OWNED
RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100,000.
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Authorize the use of HD Supply Facilities
Maintenance for the purchase of materials and supplies for the
Palm Desert Housing Authority-owned residential rental properties,
pursuant to Section 3.32.110 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code,
for FY 2013-2014 in an amount not to exceed $100,000; 2) elect to
participate with U.S. Communities; 3) authorize the Palm Desert
Housing Authority's Executive Director or his designee to execute
any documents necessary to effectuate the action taken herewith -
monies have been approved as part of the Palm Desert Housing
Authority's FY 2013-2014 Budget.

B. REQUEST FOR ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS, APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF A CARLOS ORTEGA VILLAS PROJECT BOND
PROCEEDS FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUCCESSOR
AGENCY TO THE PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
THE PALM DESERT HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND TAKING CERTAIN
RELATED ACTIONS (CONTRACT NO. HA33090) (JOINT
CONSIDERATION WITH THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE PALM
DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY).
Rec: 1) Waive further reading and adopt Resolution Nos. SA-RDA 021
and HA - 59, approving the execution of a Carlos Ortega Villas
Project Bond Proceeds Funding Agreement between the Successor
Agency and the Housing Authority, and taking certain related
actions.
2) By Minute Motion, approve of and authorize the respective
Chair/Chairman to execute said Carlos Ortega Villas Project Bond
Proceeds Funding Agreement.
3) By Minute Motion, authorize payment of estimated expenditures
related to the Carlos Ortega Villas Project from Housing Authority
Capital Improvement Account No. 871-8691-466-4001.

Any person wishing to discuss any item not scheduled for public hearing may address
the City Council, Successor Agency to the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency, or
Housing Authority Boards at this point by stepping to the lectern and giving his/her name
and address for the record. Remarks shall be limited to a maximum of three minutes
unless additional time is authorized by the City Council, Successor Agency to the Palm
Desert Redevelopment Agency, or Housing Authority Boards. Because the Brown Act
does not allow the City Council, Successor Agency to the Palm Desert Redevelopment
Agency, or Housing Authority Boards to take action on items not on the Agenda,
members will not enter into discussion with speakers but may briefly respond or instead
refer the matter to staff for report and recommendation at a future City Council,
Successor Agency to the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency, or Housing Authority
meeting.
