MINUTES of the Housing Authority Meeting of February 25, 2016. Rec: Approve as presented. B. CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY/HOUSING TREASURIES - Warrants Dated 2/19/2016 and 2/26/2016 (Joint Consideration with the Palm Desert City Council). Rec: Approve as presented. C. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION of a $10,000 Increase to the Allowed Amount for Use of Lowe's Home Centers, Inc., for Purposes of Procuring, Delivering, and Recycling Appliances for Palm Desert Housing Authority -owned Residential Rental Properties for FY 2015-2016, Making Annual Total for the Year Not to Exceed $60,000 (Contract No. HA34510). Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize an increase of $10,000 in the allowed amount for use of Lowe's Home Centers, Inc., for the purpose of procuring, delivering, and, whenever appropriate, hauling away and recycling appliances for the Palm Desert Housing Authority -owned residential rental properties pursuant to Section 3.32.110 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code for FY 2015-2016, making the annual total amount not to exceed $60,000 — monies are available in the FY 2015- 2016 approved Palm Desert Housing Authority's Operating Budget in the appropriate Account. Upon a motion by Tanner, second by Weber, and 5-0 vote of the Authority Board (AYES: Harnik, Jonathan, Tanner, Weber, and Spiegel; NOES: None), the Consent Calendar was approved as presented. VI.
