Strategic Plan Obiective This request does not apply to a specific strategic plan goal. Backaround RPM Company is authorized to enter into agreements as necessary to provide certain services to the Housing Authority properties. At staff's request, RPM Company requested a proposal from WASH for laundry service at Santa Rosa Apartments property ("Property"). WASH has provided a lease agreement proposal which provides a five (5) year term and offers the cost at $1.25 per wash cycle and $0.75 per dryer cycle which is consistent as what is being provided at other Authority properties. As part of the five (5) years lease proposal, WASH will be installing all new machines at the Property consisting of a total of three (3) front load washing machines and three (3) dryers to be available at the laundry room on site. The lease agreement terms and prices are consistent with current laundry services rates. The commission structure will be that the Authority property will receive 90% of the monies after the first $26.25 per machine per month. Staff recommends authorizing RPM Company to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement for laundry services as described above with WASH. Fiscal Analysis The fiscal impact to the Authority will be the lease cost.
