Executive Summary On January of 2016, the Authority Board approved the draft Ground Lease and Regulatory Agreement ("Lease Agreement") with Allied Affordable Housing, LLC ("Allied") for a long-term lease of the property located behind Desert ARC of approximately 1.83 acres known as assessor's parcel number ("APN") 622-370-014 (previously identified as a portion of APN 622- 020-089, then subdivided and known as APN 622-020-096 and after that as APN 622-360-015). The intent of the Lease Agreement is to facilitate the improvement of such property (the "Project"). In anticipation of the Project being developed, staff would like to clarify the multiple APN references on varying documents of the Project. APN 622-370-014 is the most current APN for the Project property owned by the Palm Desert Housing Authority ("Housing Authority"). The original APN 622-020-096 was remapped (1-to-1) to 622-360-015, and then remapped again to 622-370-014. The remap process does not modify a parcel boundary or trigger a reassessment. Note that the Project property initially was owned by Desert Arc and existed as one parcel known as APN 622-020-089. ���f� $ � !.=sY Hou�G aur� Staff recommends the information to be received and filed.
