Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize the Chairman to execute the subject Grant Deed, which will implement the merged lots for the Palm Village Apartments at 73-610 Santa Rosa Way, pursuant to Certificate of Compliance Parcel Map Waiver 03-13, as approved by the City of Palm Desert Planning Commission on August 19, 2003.
